Do I need to install anything?
No — Pultrack Transfer is a web app. It runs in any modern browser on a laptop or phone; there's nothing to download.
How does the payout code protect me?
Every transfer gets a code at intake, which the sender passes to the beneficiary. The paying agent must enter it before releasing cash — and the agent can't look it up, so a payout can't be faked.
Can I run several offices and countries?
Yes. One account holds unlimited countries, offices and agents. Each user is scoped to what they should see, and cash is tracked per location.
Who can see the money?
Access is role-based and enforced in the database. An agent sees only their own location; managers see their scope; the owner sees everything. Customer ID details are restricted to managers.
What does it cost?

Can I cancel or reverse a transfer?
Yes. Cancel a transfer before payout to return the cash, or a manager can reverse a paid one — every correction is a tracked ledger entry, so the books always stay balanced.
