The basics of using Pultrack, in plain language.
Pultrack is point-of-sale, inventory and double-entry accounting software. It runs on your own computer (offline) and, optionally, in your browser through our hosted service.
You can try Pultrack free for 14 days. No payment card is required to start the trial.
After the trial, Pultrack is available as an annual subscription or a one-time licence. Pricing and payment are arranged directly with us ([email protected]); we then issue your licence. Online card payment is not yet available — we'll say so clearly when it is.
You own the data you put into Pultrack. On the desktop version it stays on your computer; on the hosted version you can export it and ask us to delete it. You are responsible for keeping your own backups — especially on the offline version, where we have no copy.
Use Pultrack for your own lawful business record-keeping. Don't attempt to break, resell, or copy the software itself, and don't use it to do anything illegal.
We work hard to keep Pultrack correct and reliable, and the books are built on real double-entry accounting. But the software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for checking your own figures and meeting your own tax and legal obligations. To the extent the law allows, Pultrack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software.
